there's a lot of rules people ignore. like selling straps, that's one we ignore. but this one i think is a good rule and i wish more people observed it. it makes my ears hurt. when i get home at night meike and i just sit quietly together. after talking all day over the wailing guitars it's so nice to go back to her quiet apartment in her quiet building and eat dinner quietly with her. it's a life i could easily get used to, i don't understand why germany and chicago have to be so far away from each other.
