i've been being so stressed about the move and so depressed whenever i talk to my mom, and i've been blaming it on not getting enough sleep, which is also true enough. but after riding my bike to work last week i felt so good i realized yoga was probably having a bigger impact than i thought and i should probably get back in the habit. so i've been doing it every morning before work again, and it really does make me happier and less tired. horray. and horray for yogadownload.com where i can have a yoga instructor for free without waking my girlfriend.
