ok. guess i'm never going to buy bagels from you again. thanks, jewel. in fact, i may just never shop there again ever.

borsht!
I've really missed lisa!, and i'm sad she was in florida for all of the v-day crazyness. she did leave me the world's sweetest valentine though. and i'm trying to celebrate her being gone by doing things she doesn't like. like sleeping diagonally and eating beets and watching gossip girl
delivering in a cab
we had enough designers and enough order takers but not enough delivery people! so everyone who could was out of the shop delivering!

the car
lisa was sick the weekend before the blizzard, so we didn't go grocery shopping. which meant it had been two weeks since we moved the car and neither of us could remember where it was parked. then after the blizzard they all looked the same-white. but i did a little search and luckily the only unburied part is the saturn of reading logo. although there are lots of mom's ghettomobiles in our neighborhood, only one has the saturn of reading sticker on the back.
won't be doing laundry anytime soon
i wanted my fur hat from the storage space before the neg temperatures. but the back has not been shoveled yet!
like jesus
hat's lisa!, walking on water. I'd never seen the frozen waves at the lake before and they were super cool. i was kind of nervous walking out, but there were stupid guys who kept walking out too far and falling in, so i knew how far it was safe.
lisa in a path
the sidewalks were actually surprisingly clear, considering it only stopped snowing that morning

Lisa and i took a walk tuesday night during the blizzard. we just went around the block but it was an adventure. there was thundersnow!
eating together
you can tell how hungry they all are to get this close to each other. of course, they all have separate dishes.
